Pro Hair Live 2018!

AJC made our annual journey to Pro Hair Live yesterday for the 2018 show, and what an incredible and inspirational day. Held at Manchester Central, the team at Professional Hairdresser brought the industries most influential teams and brands to the North, to showcase their latest trends, techniques and products, allowing Northern based stylists to find out the latest news from the industry.

First up was a wander around the exhibition, getting our bearings and ensuring we visited and caught up with clients and our Southern friends who'd travelled up to the show.

The Pro Hair Live Platinum Stage had a fantastic line up with icons including Andrew Collinge, Andrew Barton and Errol Douglas to name a few. Each of the hairdressing icons demonstrated their incredible talents, and talked about their careers throughout the industry, which have spanned 30 + years.

Next up was a visit to the Pro Hair Live Men's stage, where we caught up with the ever so fabulous Ross Charles and Schorem Barbers - these guys are incredible and have such an amazing talent. The gave such an in-depth insight into the world of mens grooming and also gave their trends for 2018.

A hop, skip and jump over to the Fellowship for British Hairdressing Stage, which as always, has the most creative individuals showcasing their talents! The 2018 F.A.M.E. Team, which includes Rainbow Room International start Paddy McDougall, showcased their stuff and what they've learned so far since joining the team in late 2017!

The business stage was next, where we listened to the fabulous Zoe Irwin and how she began her career in hairdressing and how she progressed. Zoe is such a passionate individual and gave some great advice to the younger generation about how to succeed in the industry.

Overall a fantastic time at this years exhibition, we can't wait to see what they have in store for 2019!
